Our last SkyHaus update was back in March. We’ve made so much great progress since then! Today, we’re taking a look at all of the interior and exterior progress – we’re really excited for this house to be finished up later this year!
Exterior Siding, Soffits and Stucco
The siding and soffits have all been installed and stucco continues to make progress. The deck adjacent to the dining room has also been installed and looks beautiful! The outdoor kitchen has also been delivered and looks terrific up against the stucco finish.
Drywall Installation
On the interior, we’re excited to say that drywall installation is complete and that we’ve moved on to interior painting.
Tile and Flooring
We’re happy to share that the concrete floor on the first floor has been polished and turned out really beautifully. Wood flooring installation has started on the second floor. We love the way each space in this house is starting to come together!
