Our last two months have been a rush of finishing up SkyHaus and Fermata. We’ve made so much progress on each project and are so excited for our clients to be able to move in very soon! We’ve also been continuing work at IRIE house. In the studio, our design team has continued their work on Quattro. They met with the clients last week to review interior elevations.
SkyHaus Landscaping and Interior Finishes
SkyHaus is looking so good! Landscaping was installed over the past couple months and makes such a huge difference in how the house looks on its site. On the interiors, we’re working on the finishing touches of paint and electrical work. Check out some photos from our recent team site visit!
IRIE House Roof Deck and Wood Ceilings
Over at IRIE House, we recently stopped by to check out the roof deck and the wood ceilings. The view from the roof deck is spectacular – almost as good as the view down the home’s long central axis! Work on the metal fascia and scuppers is ongoing, but is looking good so far!
Fermata Exterior Courtyard and Interior Finishes
We are also in the midst of wrapping up work at Fermata. The exterior screening was installed last week and it looks amazing – we love the level of craft and attention to detail that this element has! The exterior decks and courtyard pavers are also complete,
Quattro Interiors and Design Development
Our newest home at Catskill Terraces continues to take shape in design! The team has been working on the design of the exterior and met with the clients last week to start discussing interiors.
