As the year slowly comes to a close, we’re taking a look back at the year and highlighting some of our proudest moments! We’ve nearly completed construction on two amazing homes and have been jumping into design on another exciting Catskill Terraces project. Two of of the properties at Catskill Terraces were sold this year (but we still have some beautiful parcels available!). We’ve also been making steady progress on IRIE House and look forward to finishing this project in the new year!
SkyHaus Construction
In the beginning of the year, we were in the midst of soffit install and rough-in at SkyHaus. Currently, We’re so excited to be working our way through punchlist items on this project

We shared some great photos of SkyHaus in last month’s blog update, but there are so many fun moments to share in this project that we thought we’d post a few more this month.
Wrapping Up Fermata
We’re still working on the finishing touches over at Fermata, but we’ve come a long way since the beginning of the year! In January, we had just started installing windows – here are a few fun images of the space and how it has transformed since then!

IRIE House
The biggest win for December has been siding installation starting at IRIE House. The siding looks beautiful and we’re thrilled to see it going up before the new year! We’re looking back at some images of the house in February of this year…and sharing some new images of the interior and exterior progress since then!

Quattro
Our newest project at Catskill Terraces, Quattro continues to make steady progress in design. Our design team met with the clients before Thanksgiving to talk through mechanical systems, review design decisions and revisions, and to take a look at the design for the art studio space! Our clients also had the chance to look through the materials library and started pulling some tile samples for the bathrooms. We love the overall direction this project is going in and can’t wait to see it start construction next year.
Catskill Terraces
If all of these beautiful homes have you wishing for a project of your own, we still have land available at Catskill Terraces! Four of the ten lots have been sold, and we have an accepted offer on Lot 2.
Lot 1 and Lot 3 are beautiful parcels. Lot 1 has great seasonal views of the Hudson Valley, while Lot 3 views focus on the ridgeline of the Kaaterskill Wild Forest.
Lot 7 is our uppermost lot and features 180 degree views of the Hudson Valley, while also featuring views of the western ridge. Lot 10 is a quiet, wooded lot that is just over 7 acres in size. Finally, if you’re looking for an expansive property that features complete privacy and seasonal views, Lot 8 might be a great fit. While winter isn’t the most popular time to go see land, we love walking property with potential clients and would love to show you around!
