Since the beginning of the New Year, construction has been making steady progress at IRIE House. We were very excited to see siding start to go up at the end of last year. Siding has now been completed and we’ve made progress on decking installation. The steel stringer for the roof deck stair was also put into place.
On the interior, painting is underway! Drywall finished installation early this year and we’re looking forward to the beginning of fireplace stone installation in the living room. The design team has been working out final tile details before tile install starts soon.
Engineering coordination has been ongoing for the pool trellis – this simple little structure has proven to be surprisingly complex! We’re excited to be ordering material for the slatted structure soon. Check out some photos of construction progress below!
