Finally – yes, FINALLY…Spring is here! It’s been a long winter in the Hudson Valley but with temperatures reaching the 60’s later this week, it’s finally feeling like time to get outside and have some spring adventures in the Hudson Valley! Phoenicia Flea
Celebrate local trade and small businesses by shopping at this travelling seasonal market. Bringing together makers and merchants from the Catskills and Hudson Valley, vendors offer handcrafted food, drink, jewelry, apparel, accessories, apothecary, housewares, furnishings, curated vintage items and more. “Passport to Europe” Five Course Dinner at Butterfield
On April 15th, enjoy a five-course dinner at one the Hudson Valley’s premier restaurants plus a guided wine tasting featuring wines from five Old World countries: Spain, Germany, Italy, France and Austria. This is the first of a series of Wine Tasting Dinners to be held at Butterfield restaurant located at historic Hasbrouck House in Stone Ridge. Click here for details
Wine & Bites – The Shawangunk Wine Trail
Sip it to win it! The Shawangunk Wine Trail is hosting its Wine & Bites event, April 21-22. The weekend will offer the opportunity to savor the Hudson Valley’s finest wines, paired with a variety of scrumptious food bites. Each of the thirteen participating wineries has selected a bite, savory or sweet, to offer with their wines. Hudson Valley Food Truck Festival
Calling all food truck lovers! Starting May 17th, the Hudson Valley Food Truck Festival is back for another season of delicious food, live music and family entertainment. The festival will be held every third Thursday at the Bradley Meadows Shopping Center in Woodstock (in the parking lot outside of Sunflower Natural Foods and A&P Bar). Grill’n and Chill’n in the Catskills
A weekend in the Catskills this spring is not complete without a smorgasbord of tasty eats. Don’t miss the Emerson Resort & Spa’s Chillin’ & Grillin’ in the Catskills event, presented by Operation BBQ Relief, April 13-14. Enjoy a welcome reception featuring a wing bar, bourbon tasting, bonfire, and live music. Champion pit masters will be sharing their secrets to great barbecue, followed by a dinner hosted by the chefs to wrap-up the weekend. Wassail 2018 – A Celebration of the Harvest to Come
Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider is holding their annual wassail celebration at Stone Ridge Orchard. Sing to the apple trees in an ancient Celtic Ritual for a bountiful harvest. Spring Fling at the Byrdcliffe Barn

Birding in the Catskills: Warbler Weekend
The third annual Taking Flight conference is celebrating the many different species of Warblers who call the Catskill Mountains their home. Held on May 25th through May 27th at the Emerson Resort & Spa in Phoenicia, it’s a weekend in the Catskills bird lovers won’t want to miss!
