Construction Update April: Hill Road Black
There’s been a lot of construction progress on both the interior and exterior of Hill Road Black over the last few weeks, and we’re happy to share the new photos below with you today.
You’ll see the house is no longer completely yellow from the home slicker, as the siding is now going up. The first coat of black stain has already been applied and second coat is coming soon. Site work on the property is currently being finalized and the driveway will be finished this week too.
Inside the house, insulation is now in and all of the mechanical systems have been installed. Radiant floors are also in and will be up and running very soon! Drywall is going up this week and the stairs will be completed next week. Very exciting to see it all come together! Almost ready for final finishes!
