Rebus is really coming together! Since our last update, countertops, shower glass, appliances and built-ins have been installed and are looking good.
Outside, the decking has been installed and we’re in the midst of installing the second floor glass railing.
The kitchen island with the waterfall edge looks amazing! The backsplash and undercabinet stone have have also been installed but are still in the process of drying, so bracing has been left in place until we’re positive that everything has set.
This fluted glass wall has also been installed – are you wondering where in the house this might be?
If you look closely at the image below, in the bottom left corner you can just see a peek of the stairs. The glass divides the guest bathroom from the stairwell, while allowing light to filter into the space. We’re still working on some of the trim details and are excited for the finished look to come together.
In the main bathroom, the shower glass wall is in and it is beautifully minimal.
Yesterday, we were onsite to watch some of the glass railing installation. We love the way the glass panel looks on the second floor – it’s so great to see this come together and to see the super clean end result.
In addition to countertops and glass, we’re making progress on the other finishes in the house. Trim and finish details still need to happen, but the built-ins in the bedrooms and the solid wood doors look beautiful.
