Construction at SkyHaus has continued to make steady progress. We’re working on finishes and interiors and things are really coming together!
The main staircase in the entry has been installed and looks fantastic – the mixture of wood and steel works so well with the black windows.
In our last update post, we were doing a lot of prep work for tile. Now, nearly all of the tile work is complete. So nice to see these spaces coming together! Downstairs, the dog wash station has tile installed.
We’ve started doing plumbing install in one of the guest bathrooms.
We’ve also completed tile in the other guest bathroom, which features contrasting dark and light tiles.
California Closets has also started installing their cabinetry and closets.
The kitchen install has also made progress and is starting to help ground the open living area.
Upstairs, the wood ceiling install has been completed and electrical fixtures are being installed.
Tile has also been installed in the main bathroom – we look forward to seeing the final view from the tub!
Finally, on the exterior we are continuing stucco finish work, are starting to install metal railings around the second floor terrace, and have been prepping columns for the sliding screen installation. We look forward to finishing this project later this year and fully showcasing all of the amazing details and design moments!
