IRIE House, one of our custom homes at Catskill Terraces has started framing! We’re so excited to see the progress on this project. In our last construction update, we had backfilled the foundation and were getting ready for sub-slab work.
The winter has unfortunately stymied our ability to pour the majority of the concrete slab, but we’re not letting that stop us from making progress. Plumbing rough-in, electrical rough-in, and radiant have all been placed. We’re continuing site work, steel posts and beams are up, and just this past week Cherry Hill Construction started framing the garage and art studio volumes. While framing prior to pouring the slab isn’t our preferred order of operations, we’re able to do so on some projects.
This past week, we were onsite to check out progress and had a chance to do a bit of additional HVAC coordination with Brian Murphy. Check out some of our progress photos below!
