Our last construction update on Fermata was back in June – and we have made a lot of progress since then! Fermata is our first custom home at Catskill Terraces, our newest property.
We’re excited to report that the slab has been poured framing has been progressing at a steady clip and we are eagerly awaiting window installation to begin. The roof has been installed and the interior walls have been framed, allowing us to really start to get a feel for how each of the spaces will be when finished.
