Construction is progressing at IRIE House, one of our custom homes at Catskill Terraces! In our last update, we shared photos of the final stake out and of excavation.
We’ve made steady progress since then! Concrete stem walls are complete, as is backfill. The first steel pieces have arrived, with more set to be installed next week. We’re also hard at work coordinating plumbing and electrical below the concrete slab.
