It hasn’t been too long since our last update on Fermata, but so much has been happening onsite that we thought it would be fun to share all of our progress.
Since April, insulation has been installed and concrete polishing was completed. We’ve installed drywall and the first coat of painting is currently in progress!
On the exterior, siding installation is now complete. The soffits and interior wood ceilings are currently in progress – we love how good the transition from interior to exterior looks! The exterior masonry fireplace was completed last week. We’re excited to see how it all looks once stucco is installed!
