We’re excited to share the latest photos of construction progress on Rebus!
Our last Rebus update talked about the site and foundation work that takes place at the beginning of construction. After the foundation walls are complete, there’s a lot of work that happens under the slab before we start framing. Electrical and plumbing rough-in work is now underway at Rebus. This work is hard to show in photos but it’s a vital step in the construction process. In addition, our excavators have been working on creating the septic field and preparing the site for septic tank installation.
One of the stand-out features of Rebus (which means concrete in Latin) is the architectural concrete wall. Our masons have been hard at work putting up forms and pouring concrete and it’s been super fun to see the wall take shape!

As formwork starts to come down you can really start to appreciate how amazing the finished concrete wall is going to look!
Since the site is so rocky, our excavators brought in material to create the septic field.
