Autumn brings more than just beautiful fall colors of the changing leaves to the Hudson Valley. It’s harvest time for apples, squash, pumpkins, pears and many more vegetables and fruit that ripen during the fall season. We thought this would be a good time to share some of the recent dishes we’ve made this season along with some of our favorite foodie inspiration. Maybe you’ll even be inspired to try out something new this Thanksgiving!

We made a variation of this recipe from Bon Appetit using local habaneros instead of ancho chiles.
