Have you been hoping to visit Catskill Terraces? Want to tour available land in the Hudson Valley? Do you want to meet the Studio MM architecture team? Save the date! We’ll be hosting a tour of Catskill Terraces on June 10th from 10:00am – 2:00pm.
We are so excited to host an event at Catskill Terraces this summer. The architecture team from Studio MM will be onsite to answer questions and to talk about their custom home process and the Terraces will be open for self-guided tours. During the day we will host two focused conversations. In the morning, we’ll talk about how to find land for your new home and the process of designing a custom home for a particular site. Our afternoon session will focus on land development in the Hudson Valley and the process of bringing Catskill Terraces to fruition.
We’ll also have snacks, drinks and lots of available information about the site, our custom homes, and some design inspiration for future Catskill Terraces homes. We can also talk specifics about the five lots currently available at Catskill Terraces, all of which will be formally listed on MLS very soon.
We’d encourage anyone interested in working with us – be it on Catskill Terraces or on another site – to stop by and say hello. We would love to meet you and chat about your home-building dreams.
