Woodstock Farm Festival
Every Wednesday from June through mid-October, local farms and vendors gather in the center of Woodstock for the Woodstock Farm Festival. Offering local produce, quick eats, sweets and weekly special events for the whole family – it’s a locavore’s dream come true!
To find out about upcoming events, like pie contests (yum!), musical guests or kids entertainment check out the Woodstock Farm Festival Facebook page.
Produce availability and special events change throughout the season, but one thing is for sure, as the Woodstock Farm Festival slogan says…
If it’s Wednesday, it’s Woodstock!
You can find the Woodstock Farm Festival at the intersection of Mill Hill Road and Maple Lane, in the lot adjacent to Bread Alone and the field behind The Tea Shop. For more information and a complete list of vendors, please visit: http://www.woodstockfarmfestival.com/
Here are some highlights from this year so far….
Offering seasonal fruit, jams and jellies, homemade fruit pies and baked goods throughout the season. Don’t’ miss their cider donuts in the Fall!
Locally made herbal body care products, baskets, cut flowers and seedlings. Try out some samples of body products, my favorite: RELAX Body & Massage Oil.
Delicious and authentic Israeli falafel and spicy topping options. Grab a pita…you won’t be sorry!
Health conscious organic sweets with vegan, gluten-free and raw options – stop by for guilt-free treats!
Sustainable, all natural meats including chicken, eggs, turkey, duck, quail, rabbit, goat, pork, beef and lamb.
Certified Organic family farm specializing in heirloom vegetables including 40 varieties of heirloom tomatoes! My favorite: dried heirloom tomatoes; use in salads and sauces for a preservative free option to sun dried tomatoes.
A wonderful selection of produce throughout the season including freshly picked lettuce and other greens. Stop by the booth for some nettle iced tea…delicious!
This small Saugerties farm produces handmade goat milk soaps made in partnership with their goats.
Offering pickled veggies and interesting varieties locally made in Rosendale. Try the Horseradish Pickles for a kick!
Using locally sourced or homegrown vegetables, Atina offers vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free foods following traditional methods of South Indian and ayurvedic cooking for healthy living.
Organic breads, baked goods and more! Their Woodstock store is located adjacent to the Farm Festival so stop in for more choices!
