Catskill Terraces
Located in Saugerties, NY, Catskill Terraces totals approximately 88 acres. A series of steep cliff faces create steps, or terraces, that amount to an elevation gain of 230 feet. Each terrace features spectacular views to the east, and a number of individual lots will also have views of Kaaterskill Wild Forest and the Catskill Mountains to the west.
Much of the site is wooded, allowing sunlight to dapple the forest floor. Mossy cliffs, a serene wetland and shaded trails all play host to deer and other wildlife. As a result of conversations with the local community and planning board, acres of each lot have been designated as greenbelt areas to encourage forest and wildlife conservation and to protect the natural resources already present.
The site is divided into two main sections. The Lower Terraces, accessed via Ralph Veder Road, are comprised of six homes spread across two terraces. The Upper Terraces, with access from Manorville Rd, will feature four homes, located on three separate terraces.
The Upper Terraces are accessed via Acorn Trail Terrace, a private road that branches off of Manorville Rd. Four lots span approximately 40 acres, with expansive forested areas and stunningly clear views of the sunrise. These four lots have been designated as lots for custom homes, but if you love one of our pre-designed homes and love one of these lots, don’t hesitate to reach out.
