Hill Road Houses are located along a quaint and quiet road in Accord, NY, in the heart of the Hudson Valley.
Our concept for these homes embraces the idea that color brings moments of unexpected joy to your life. The Hill Road Houses are a community of three homes, each with its own unique pop of color and personality. Designed to balance efficiency with comfort in an affordable but high-end contemporary style, the two-story houses are architect-designed and meticulously detailed, as with all of our homes.

The best part? Each client was asked to pick a featured color for their house, allowing them to give it that personal touch.
These 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes are intended for all types of families, whether it be a couple looking for a weekend hideaway, a growing family needing a full-time space, or a nature-lover looking to retreat to the Catskills for the weekend.
While the houses offer a community they are sited to maximize privacy from neighbors and each other.
At just under 2000 square feet the homes feature south-facing windows to provide ample sunlight, clean lines, an outdoor deck for grilling and entertaining and modern design features such as built-in window seats and a desk space for indoor reflection as well.
