The Starlite Motel is one of our favorite local businesses in the Hudson Valley. A beautifully renovated 1960’s motor lodge, the Starlite Motel is an amazing place to stay while visiting the area. It also happens to be a hub for community gatherings. Throughout the spring, summer and fall, the Starlite hosts pop-up events with other local businesses. They’ve thrown many a cocktail evening, food pop-up event and exercise session. They’ve also hosted larger gatherings, including dinners, fundraisers and summer celebrations.
As the weather turns chillier, we thought we’d take a look back at some of the events from this year and spotlight some of the amazing local businesses that have taken part. If you don’t already, make sure to follow Starlite on Instagram for the most up-to-date info on upcoming events! We can’t wait for more!
The Catskills Cocktail Club
The Catskills Cocktail Club is a frequent visitor at Starlite. They partner with other food pop-ups and create custom craft cocktails that reflect the changing seasons. Last week’s pop-up featured a classic Hot Toddy.

Sirilat Thai
Sirilat Thai can frequently be found at pop-ups at Starlite, but they can also be found at other pop-up sites! Find their delicious food all around the Hudson Valley at Phoenicia Flea, Hasbrouck House and Butterfield Stone Ridge!
…and many more!
Needless to say, there were many other pop-up participants at Starlite this year. Huge thanks to the team at Starlite for bringing together such an amazing community of people throughout the year and for showcasing the best that the Hudson Valley has to offer!
