Over the last year, new bars and eateries have been opening up in the town of Woodstock. I for one am thrilled about Woodstock’s Nightlife Renaissance. There is definitely a buzz in the air as these new hot spots breathe life into this community known for it’s small town charm. Each of these new places has something unique to offer patrons… but all offer opportunities for a fun night out!
A&P Bar
Located at the site of the former A&P supermarket in the center of town, A&P Bar offers a casual and fun atmosphere – and a drink menu with many suggestions for many creative cocktails. My favorite drink so far -the Dungaree made with Hudson Baby Bourbon and apple cider – YUM! There’s plenty of seating and an eclectic menu – so it’s a great place for drinks and dinner. They also serve brunch on Sundays (can you say Mimosas!).

Reynolds & Reynolds
This bottleshop and taproom is a laid back hangout ideal for craft beer lovers. They also offer wine, cider, creative non-alcoholic drink and a simple food menu. Stop by for a game of shuffleboard or pick up some beer to take home with you. If you love beer, this is the place for you!

Station Bar & Curio
Located in an old train station in the center of town, this new bar is the perfect spot to relax with a cold craft beer or cocktail after a day out in the Catskills. They also offer small plates of local fare. This place gets a great crowd with a fun and relaxed vibe. You can sit and enjoy live music in a cozy little nook or on the patio out back in the summer.

Colony Woodstock
The recently renovated 1920’s building now hosts live music events weekly and adds to the town’s music destination credibility. Offering casual fare that is a blend of American diner and English pub, Colony is a great destination for quality live music and great food.
