We’re very excited to share our first construction update on Rebus! There’s been a lot of progress since we started prepping the site last December. Even with the snow and cold temperatures of winter, we continued to move forward. Foundation walls are complete! The foundation has been waterproofed, drains have been installed, and the foundation has been infilled and exterior walls have been backfilled. The well line and electrical line have also been installed. We’re getting ready for sub-slab plumbing and electrical next and then we’ll prep and pour concrete for the slab!
