We are very excited to announce that we’re starting construction on Rebus! Designed as a modern retreat focused on outdoor living, Rebus will be built on a flat lot backing up to beautiful cliff faces at our Saugerties community, The Cliffs at Kaaterskill.
Our design for Rebus celebrates quiet seclusion while taking advantage of 180-degree views across the Hudson Valley. We worked very closely with our clients on this custom home in order to design a home ideal for them. The design concept was planned around a central courtyard, spatially separating the main home from a future guest house. Click here for more on the design process behind this custom modern home.
Preparing for Construction: Rebus
We recently met our clients at the site to confirm the perfect placement on the property and stake out the house.
Excavation and site work is already underway including cutting down trees, clearing the site, creating the driveway, drilling for the well, and electrical trenching. Next up is installing the electrical conduit and preparing to pour the concrete footings!
