Construction is continuing to move along at Fermata! We last shared a progress update in January, just after window installation was complete. In the past few months, we’ve been focused on getting HVAC, plumbing and electrical rough-in installed. We’ve also been finishing up some interior framing work so that we are ready for insulation after rough-in!
