We are very excited to have started construction on our newest Catskill Terraces project – Quattro! Land was cleared for this project earlier this year. We were able to fully start construction on the home in July, meeting our clients onsite for a final stakeout. Soon after, work began on excavation and the driveway!

Before pouring the foundation, we met most of the team onsite to make sure everything was properly coordinated.

After coordinating site work, electrical, plumbing, concrete and framing, our mason got to work!

After the formwork is stripped, it’s critical to properly insulate and provide foundation drainage around the perimeter of the foundation.

Once drainage is in place, waterproofing is applied and a drainage mat is installed to keep water moving away from the concrete foundation walls….

…and then backfill can began. The foundation has to be backfilled from both interior and exterior at the same time.

Once backfill was completed, our team met onsite to layout the interior walls and prep for sub-slab plumbing.

Most recently, we excavated for piers and are getting ready for the slab to be poured. It’s always incredible how much work goes into the house just while it is “in the ground”, but we’ve been really thrilled with all the great progress on this project thus far. We can’t wait to see this house start framing super soon!
