As the official start of winter is finally upon us and we settle into the holiday season, we’re taking a moment to look back on an incredible 2025. It has been a year defined by progress, craftsmanship, and the joy of seeing our designs transition from drawings to reality.

Final Photos at Fermata
We are buzzing with excitement to share the final professional photography of Fermata. While the full reveal is slated for the very beginning of the new year, we couldn’t resist sharing a sneak peek of one of our favorite images.

IRIE House Wraps Up Construction
One of our proudest moments this year was the official completion of IRIE House. Watching this project cross the finish line was a testament to the hard work of our builders and the vision of our clients.
The home is full of thoughtful details and intentional material choices that we can’t wait to document. We’re already planning the photo shoot for 2026 to capture the home as it settles into its first full year.
Quattro Starts Construction
The newest addition to the Catskill Terraces community, Quattro, broke ground earlier this year and is moving along beautifully. This single-story home is designed as two distinct lower volumes connected by a “popped up” clerestory roof—an architectural feature designed to flood the central living spaces with natural light.
Currently, we are in the midst of framing! We’ve loved seeing this modern home take shape and are looking forward to roofing and window installs to start in January.
Designing CT7 and Laurel Ridge
Design continues on two new homes at Catskill Terraces, CT7 and Laurel Ridge. We aren’t quite ready to share a lot about these projects quite yet, but we love how different the two homes are shaping up to be and how each suits a particular client.
Land at Catskill Terraces
It’s been a busy year for real estate at Catskill Terraces, with two more properties finding their new owners. We do still have land available – including a few wooded lots with forest views and two lots with more expansive views of the Hudson Valley and the Kaaterskill Wild Forest.
