Catskill Terraces by HV Contemporary Homes - Modern residential architecture

For the past five years, HV Contemporary Homes has partnered with Studio MM Architect to design, develop and build modern homes in the Hudson Valley. Our most recent project is located in Saugerties, NY and features spectacular cliff faces, expansive views across the valley and glimpses of Kaaterskill Wild Forest and the Catskill Mountains.

We are invested in bringing high-end modern homes to the area, and in supporting the local community. We build high quality homes that respect and embrace their natural surroundings, employ local craftsmen, and connect guests and homeowners with the beauty of the area . Our extensive experience and focus on the Hudson Valley ensures homes that are effectively designed, well-built, and made with love for site, clients and design.

Studio MM, pllc, founded in 2010 by Marica McKeel, AIA, is an architecture firm based in New York City focused on contemporary residential design. Projects include new homes, renovations and furniture design in and around NYC.

Studio MM prides itself on designing custom modern homes for contemporary living. We believe that successful design is built on supportive and honest partnerships with our clients, each of our studio members and outside collaborators.

We approach each of our designs with site-specific ideas and client-driven inspiration, working closely to create cohesive and elegant solutions for modern homes.
