Last month we introduced our latest custom home designed for Waterfalls Properties, Cat Hill. Today we’re excited to share the first construction update for this project as our team begins working on the footings and foundation.
Construction Update December: Cat Hill
Our team of contractors has already poured concrete for the footings and you can see in the photos below that rebar has been placed too. Next, the concrete will be poured for the foundation walls. The rebar will help integrate these walls with the previously poured footings. Preparation work for the large footings that will carry the weight of the floating fitness studio has also been completed. These large footings will be poured at the same time as the foundation walls.
