If you search on MLS.com, you’ll find that there are many exciting parcels for sale in the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains. They can vary greatly in size and price as well as other features. It’s best to consult an expert when exploring land options so they can help you weed out any parcels that have engineering issues or undesirable restrictions on building.  Perhaps you want a view of the mountains or a creek running through the property – all of these desires are things we consider when helping you find the perfect spot for your new home.
