Chalet Perche Construction Update: March
Modern Home Under Construction: Our team of contractors has continued to work on Chalet Perche and there has been lots of progress to show you since our last construction update a few weeks ago. The second floor has been built, framing has continued on the second floor and walls are now going up! From the photos below, you can already see how the strategically placed windows and doors will let in the beauty of the Hudson Valley for our clients to experience inside their new home.
Chalet Perche is a custom design for clients who desired a weekend retreat that combined the influences of modern minimalism with the form of a traditional French chalet. This is the first time we’ve collaborated with clients on a custom design at one of our HVCH communities, and we hope to do more of that with our next community of homes, The Cliffs at Kaaterskill in Saugerties (contact us for more details!).
