We’re happy to announce that construction on Chalet Perche is complete and our clients are settling into their new home in the Hudson Valley! We’re really excited about the completion of this modern chalet because as you may know, it’s the first time we’ve worked with clients to design a custom home at one of our communities. This was a great experience and we plan to work more with clients on custom homes at both Waterfalls Properties and The Cliffs, continuing next with Cat Hill which is already under construction!
