In addition to the inquires we’ve received about our Hill Road Houses, we’ve been getting a lot of questions lately from people who are interested in working with us on a custom home. Through the residential architecture firm Studio MM, we work very closely with clients to craft unique custom homes that are ideal for each client and how they live. In the past, we’ve talked about Studio MM’s custom design process and dove a little deeper into the design behind a few of our custom projects such as Cat Hill, Chalet Perche, and Rebus.
In order to get to know clients better, Studio MM begins every project by collecting information during the Pre-Design phase. Part of that process entails asking clients to gather images that describe their style, taste, and character. Today we’re sharing a compilation of design inspiration posts from Studio MM’s blog The Architect’s Notebook to illustrate how our architecture team uses inspiration images as they approach each new custom home design. We hope they will inspire you too!
