October in the Hudson Valley: Fall Fun!
Autumn is my favorite time of year in the Hudson Valley. The weather cools down, the leaves start to change and there are plenty of festivals and fun activities to do outdoors. October always seems to fly by so fast – there’s so much to do and not enough weekends to take it all in….leaf peeping, apple picking, scenic hiking, harvest festivals, craft fairs – not to mention, my favorite holiday – Halloween!
This is a great time of year to make a day trip or spend a long weekend visiting to take advantage of all the Hudson Valley has to offer. Here’s a list just some of the many fun activities happening in the Hudson Valley this fall…Happy Autumn!
Columbus Day Weekend

Taste of the Catskills
