I recently made a day-trip to one of my favorite fall destinations in the Hudson Valley, Storm King Art Center. Autumn is peak season to visit this outdoor sculpture park – and for good reason – the grounds and surrounding landscape are just beautiful! Located in the town of Cornwall and just a quick 10 minute ride off of exit 17 on the New York State Thruway, Storm King is a convenient site to stop at on your way to the Hudson Valley for the weekend or great as a destination all on it’s own.
We had a great day touring Storm King Art Center – here are some shots from our visit – there’s so much to see, you can’t do it all in one day so we’ll be going back next year!
