Interior Framing: Nearly complete! . Roofing: Phase 1 is officially done! 🏠 . Systems: Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical rough-ins are all in full swing. . Detailing: We just finished site-measuring for millwork to ensure a precision fit. What’s next? Insulation is right around the corner and siding install will begin next. Stay tuned as the home continues to take shape! 📐🔨

    We are very excited to finally be sharing the fina We are very excited to finally be sharing the final photographs of Fermata, the first home to be completed at Catskill Terraces! Named after the musical term for an “unspecified pause,” Fermata is a Hudson Valley sanctuary designed to turn the act of living into a curated experience of stillness. Inspired by the homeowner’s personal art collection, the architecture translates abstract concepts into physical form: a central courtyard that anchors the home in reflection, deep white oak thresholds that invite a conscious breath between rooms, and a striking Shou Sugi Ban exterior that symbolizes a beautiful new chapter. From the light-flooded “glass corridors” to the cozy nooks designed for music and reading, every inch of this residence balances bold modern lines with the warmth of a forever home. It is a space that doesn’t just house art but becomes it—ultimately fulfilling the client’s wish for a place that begs all who enter to pause, breathe, and be truly present.
