We have had an incredibly productive spring at Catskill Terraces! Construction at IRIE House has progressed marvelously since our last update in March. After meeting the clients onsite, we were also able to clear trees for construction to start on Quattro later this summer. Check out some of the progress!
IRIE House Construction
We’re so thrilled to see all of the progress being made on this project! The stonework on the interior fireplace started shortly after our last update and is now wrapping up. It takes a long time to get this kind of precision work completed!
In addition to the stonework, millwork install has been ongoing! Cabinet Designers and Rowan have both been hard at work on their installs.
Paint and fixtures work has also been taking place!
Work on the exterior has also made significant progress. Gravel pathways and site drainage were installed in prep for landscaping…
The carpentry team from Cherry Hill Construction has also been hard at work, installing a fantastic pool trellis. We love the details on this structure!
They’ve also installed three sections of wood slat screening. The carport, main bedroom and HVAC units all have specific screening designed for privacy. The slat language ties in with the pool trellis and with the texture of the main bedroom millwork on the interior.
Finally, now that the stone work on the interior is wrapping up, Pete and his team have moved outside and have started work on the exterior stone on the fireplace. We can’t wait to see it all come together!
Quattro Prep Work
Elsewhere at Catskill Terraces, land has been cleared for Quattro! It’s not much to look at just yet, but we’re very much looking forward to starting construction on this home and art studio very soon.
