We are so excited to be nearing completion over at IRIE House! The team has been hard at work coordinating finish details and wrapping up the outstanding items. Our clients were recently able to move furniture and some of their personal items into the home, so we stopped by to check out how everything is looking.
We’re really excited to see this project come to a close, for landscaping to be completed in the coming months, and to highlight the fully completed home in full! For now, enjoy these sneak peeks of a few of our favorite moments in the home.
The main bathroom tub with the wood-clad skylight and freestanding wall are a beautiful statement piece in the main suite!
A textured tile in the guest bathroom and this fun butterfly wallpaper in the media room bathroom create fun touches of personality throughout the home!
Steel columns and screening details help to complete the carport and garage volume.
The main bedroom features a freestanding wall of millwork, which includes drawers, shelving, a padded headboard behind the bed, and stunning slat details. We love the personal touches!
In the living room, it is great to see the fireplace nearing completion. The first pieces of furniture are in place and it is all coming together beautifully!
We are also eager to see the home’s central courtyard completed soon! It will be quite the transformation with planters and landscaping!
