Construction Update June: Cat Hill

There’s been a lot of activity on site at Waterfalls Properties, as our contractors are moving forward on Cat Hill.  And we’re very excited to share new photos with you today of all the recent progress!

Steel beams have been erected as a platform for the floating pavilion. Designed as a fitness studio for our client, the pavilion will float out among the trees on the wooded site. Once the platform was secured in place, our contractors continued framing the fitness studio.

We’re also making progress in the main part of the house. Framing is now complete and PEX tubing was laid down for the radiant heat in the floor.  After the radiant tubing was laid down in place, our masons then poured concrete over it to create the floor.  You can find out more about how radiant heating works and how our masons pour and finish the concrete floor for a beautiful polished look here.
