Construction Update November: Woods House

We’ve been moving forward with construction on the next two Hill Road Houses and today we’re sharing new photos of Woods House.

Hill Road Houses Construction Update: Woods House

Construction is moving quickly on Woods House and we’re excited to share our progress with you today. After the concrete was poured for the footings and foundation walls, we started on framing Woods House.  The first and second floors have now been framed and we’ll be starting on the roof this week.

Next up is prepping the first floor before pouring the concrete slab.  The radiant heating system will be installed under the concrete floor (click here for more on why we use radiant heat in our homes and how it works!) and then the concrete will be polished to a beautiful finish.
