We’re starting construction on the next two homes at our Hill Road Houses community in Accord! Eventually each will be named for the unique splashes of color integrated throughout the home. But until final decisions are made on which colors, we’re calling them the Woods House and the Field House, as one home will be constructed on a wooded site while the other lot is set in a field.
We staked out each home and our excavators then cleared the sites. Next, our contractors marked lines for the foundation. Our excavators used those lines to dig out where the concrete will be poured for the foundation footings and walls. They also have been clearing land to create a driveway for each home. Next up, concrete will be poured for the footings.
