We have lots of fun construction progress on Kaat Cliffs to share with you today! Since our last post, the radiant heating system was installed, the concrete slab was poured and then windows and door were installed. Siding and soffit installation are almost complete, concrete was poured for the deck and fence piers, exterior metalwork and final roofing are in progress, and deck framing is underway!
Site work is also coming along, the septic field was prepared, the septic tank was installed, and the site has been graded and cleaned up.
Inside the house, interior framing, insulation, and electrical rough-in work are now complete. The wood stove was installed and HVAC and drywall are almost complete. We’re prepping for tile installation and stucco work and the concrete slab will be polished this week!
