If you’ve been following Catskill Terraces’ on Instagram  you’ve probably seen us post about our new project, IRIE House! IRIE House is a custom home designed for Lot 9 at Catskill Terraces by our architecture team, Studio MM. Over on Catskill Terraces’ Instagram we’ve been sharing some schemes Studio MM put together for our IRIE House clients. One important element of the IRIE House design is a screened in porch. This is a design feature Studio MM is familiar with; the featured image of this blog (above) is from a recent construction update on BC Retreat, another of Studio MM’s homes that contains a screened in porch.
