Farm-to-Table: Fresh Corn

Before the summer is over we have one more Farm-to-Table post! While it’s still corn season we’re sharing a few ideas for recipes to make with fresh corn.

We purchased corn from Saunderskill Farms via Damn Good Honey Farm (they even offer local delivery!)

Fresh Corn Cornbread

Liven up your typical cornbread recipe with some fresh corn cut right off the cob!

Corn and Tomato Salad

Summer Salad with corn and tomatoes, arugula (but could be good without too), basil, chives (or scallions), olive oil, and salt. 

Corn Pudding Casserole
