Modern Home Construction Update: Framing Chalet Perche
Our contractors are continuing to battle the snow and cold temperatures in the Hudson Valley as they work on our latest modern home at Waterfalls Properties, Chalet Perche.
In our last update, we took a look at pouring concrete and building the foundation walls. You may remember, I mentioned how it is better to put off pouring the concrete slab until the weather warms up as concrete doesn’t cure well in extremely cold temperatures. After the last two weeks, I think we’re all ready for spring! In the meantime, our team of contractors has been working on building the frame of the house.
