Want to learn more about our available properties in the Catskills Mountains in Upstate New York? It’s been a while since we shared our peaceful properties that are still available. When potential clients reach out about our properties, we like to send them a package of information including details about each lot and about the surrounding neighborhood. Oftentimes, our clients are moving from either outside of the Hudson Valley from New York City or are a plane ride away. With this in mind, we love to share all that the Hudson Valley has to offer – from our stunning sites to where to hike, eat, and shop.

Our current available properties are all at Catskill Terraces, our HVCH community in Saugerties, NY. If you’ve been following along you have probably read about our custom homes IRIE House and Fermata designed by Studio MM Architect. Available Lots
In the rendering above, we’ve located both our available and our custom homes on each of the ten lots. While we’ve designed the homes to the specifics of each lot, many of the one-of-a-kind pre-designed homes by Studio MM can be sited on multiple lots. Each of these homes also have optional pre-designed additions or the option to further customize the home. As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out to learn more about our homes from floor plans to pricing.
While we’ve paired each pre-designed home with a particular lot, we’re also happy to work with you on a custom home on any of the remaining lots. Each lot has it’s own unique features and views – and of course, they’re best experienced in person, so please get in touch with us if you’d like to schedule a visit.
Lot 10
We have paired Legato with Lot 10. Lot 10 is a more wooded site, showcasing views back towards the western ridge. Gentle slopes across the landscape create ideal conditions for mossy patches and fern undergrowth.
Lot 7
Lot 7 is the highest lot in Catskill Terraces with amazing eastern views of the Hudson Valley and western views back up to the mountains.
Lot 5
Lot 5 and Canopy are perfect for one another since Canopy is designed to be suspended in the trees and Lot 5 is the highest point of the lower section of the terraces. By placing Canopy here, expansive views of across the Hudson Valley are guaranteed. There’s also a stunning cliff drop that really amplifies how the home floats above the ground.
Lot 4
Ridge Rise is perfect for Lot 4 as the home’s name calls out the steep cliff that falls off directly below the home.
Lot 3
For Lot 3, Studio MM designed Pinwheel to take advantage of the Hudson Valley views and range of tree growth.
Lot 2
Lot 2 and Skylark work well together with the view of the cliffs and the Kaaterskill Wild Forest at the western edge of the property. Skylark would sit at the top of a wooded knoll with views of a gently loping forest floor.
Lot 1
Lastly, our largest lot, Lot 1 has eastern views of the sunrise and the Hudson Valley along with a dramatic cliff face just below the house site. For this site, Studio MM designed Plan Sequence.
