We’re thrilled to share final photos of Cat Hill with you today!

Set within 8 acres of dense woods bordering the Mombaccus Creek, the home draws on the privacy of its surroundings to provide a quiet escape from the intensity of city-life. Situated at the top of a steep slope, Cat Hill follows the angle of the ridgeline, with the glass fitness studio floating out among the trees.

We worked with our Cat Hill client to design a custom modern home that is both site-specific as well as uniquely designed to fit her lifestyle.
