As you might have seen on some of our most recent Instagram posts, we are thrilled to have started road construction at Catskill Terraces. We have been waiting many many months for this moment! Our excavator and his team have been onsite for the past two weeks clearing trees for some of the main roads leading onto the site. We started with Huckleberry Terrace, which will lead to Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Huckleberry Terrace was important to start with because we are aiming to start construction on Fermata on Lot 6 very soon! Next week, we’ll be onsite marking trees for clearing on Lot 6 so that we can start construction. Fermata will be the very first custom home at Catskill Terraces, but we’re also starting the design process for two more homes. IRIE House, located on Lot 9, is the first of our Upper Lots to be reserved. Shortly following IRIE House will be another custom home on Lot 8.

Beyond Huckleberry Terrace, we’ll be working on clearing trees for Mossy Trail Terrace, the road leading to the lowest portion of the site and Lots 1 and 2. We’ve also started work on Acorn Trail Terrace, leading to IRIE House, Lot 8 and two other yet to be reserved custom homes on Lots 7 and 10.
This will be the incredible view from Huckleberry Terrace on your way to Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6!
We’ve also had strong interest for a number of our pre-designed homes. We’ll be clearing trees for both Pinwheel House and Canopy in the hopes that these will start construction in the next few months – as soon as they have a homeowner!
We like to say that this is the best view ever – trucks onsite, clearing away!
