We’re very excited to share an update on Kaat Cliffs, the first home under construction at our Saugerties community, The Cliffs at Kaaterskill. This single-story home was designed to take advantage of views of both the massive cliff behind the home as well as a phenomenal view of the Hudson Valley in front. Kaat Cliffs – Excavation and Site Work
Before we actually start building the house, there’s quite a bit of excavation and site work that needs to take place. We used stakes to mark where the house will lay on the property before excavators cleared the site. After the site was cleared we met our clients to confirm the exact location of their home on the property. Then more excavating took place, including digging the electrical trench and the footings. Drilling work for the well has also been completed. Next up is pouring the concrete for the footings!
