Outdoor space is always a priority when we’re designing a new home for one of our communities in the Hudson Valley. From Outdoor Kitchens to Modern Pool Canopies outdoor space is on the wish list for most of our custom clients too. We often design custom homes for clients separate from our HVCH communities through the residential architecture firm Studio MM. Today we’re sharing some modern outdoor space inspiration and taking a look at how our architecture team designs outdoor spaces for our homes.
Outdoor Living Space

Residential Design Inspiration: Outdoor Shower
“Whether after a long hike in the Hudson Valley or after taking a swim in the pool, having an outdoor shower lets our clients stay connected to the outdoors for just a little longer and provides a cool design opportunity for us. Our Kaat Cliffs clients asked us to include an outdoor shower in their new home and we’ve been having some fun with it. We’re designing an inventive outdoor shower for them with moving parts and put together the animation below to illustrate how it works….” (read more)
