Happy New Year! We hope you’re all having a wonderful start to 2019. We’ve been quite busy so far this year at HVCH and have big plans for the months ahead. Currently we have homes under construction at two of our communities and we’re planning to start construction later this year on our first home at our third community in Saugerties!
Hill Road Houses: Hill Road Black
Progress continues on our first home under construction at our Hill Road Houses community in Accord. You can see from the new photos below that the framing and sheathing is now completely up and the windows have been installed. There has been progress inside as well – rough-ins are going in and the stairs to the second floor are now in place. Waterfalls Properties: Cat Hill
We introduced the design for this custom home last November and shared some initial progress on site last month. Concrete for footing walls and foundation walls have been poured as well as the foundation for the “floating” fitness studio. Site work, including installation of the septic system is also underway. We’ll be sharing more progress on this custom home as construction continues. You can follow along with Cat Hill‘s construction progress on HVCH’s Instagram account. Next up – framing the house!
The Cliffs at Kaaterskill
We have big plans for our new community, The Cliffs in Saugerties. This amazing site has been subdivided into four parcels with beautiful wooded surroundings and spectacular views. We’re already making plans for building on lot 2 at The Cliffs later this year! Our architecture team is currently working with our clients to design a unique custom home for them just as we have done with Chalet Perche and Cat Hill. We’ll be unveiling the design later this year once the details have been finalized and we’re ready to begin construction.
