A lot has been happening at Catskill Terraces this spring! In this blog we will round-up everything that has been happening on site. From Fermata starting construction, continued progress on road construction, to IRIE House coordination, we have some new images and news to share.
The leaves are finally back on all of the trees! It’s been pretty gloomy and rainy in recent weeks so we’re sharing some images from a gorgeous spring day in mid-late April.
Fermata
Since the beginning of the new year site electrical has been installed to Fermata’s site, followed by footings and stem walls! We’re excited to keep moving forward on this project, so keep an eye out for future construction updates on the progress yet to come.
IRIE House
We have applied for a permit for IRIE House! While we wait for permit approval, we’ve prepped the site for construction, including tree clearing for the house and septic locations.
We’re looking forward to starting construction very soon, to finishing roads within the next couple months, and for further progress throughout the summer. Keep an eye out for a special event announcement coming soon!
